Our Human Resource Services 
are available to physician practices, specialty care centers, outpatient care centers, and other small businesses in the Mid-Michigan region.  Our primary goal is to provide your practice and/or facility with effective and efficient HR services including employee recruitment, benefit management, payroll services, labor compliance, tax compliance and other HR federal/state regulatory management. 

HPMS HR Services
 manage and coordinate such issues as employee back ground checks, orientations, terminations, and FMLA requests, as well as payroll and time and attendance services. From employee relations to benefits administration and evaluation to grievance resolution and personnel issues, the job of our human resource staff is to keep your workforce running smoothly. The following are some of the value-added services that are provided as a part of our Human Resource Services packages:

Risk Management  - We focus on reducing or eliminating the legal risks associated with the HR function.

  • Compliance with Federal and State Laws and Regulations
  • Disciplinary and Termination Procedures
  • Employee Handbook - Review and Distribution
  • General HR Training including - Annual Safety, Bloodborne Pathogen, OSHA, HIPAA and other related regulatory training.

Personnel Management - We assist and reduce the workload required for employment related recordkeeping

  • Personnel forms, development and review of policies and procedures, personnel record management

Benefit Management - We manage the administration of employee benefit packages.

  • Health Benefit packages - includes product selections/reviews with vendors on a yearly basis
  • Implementation of open enrollment, new hire set-up
  • Personnel forms, development and review of policies and procedures, personnel record management
  • Billing, AP and Claims Processing
  • Employee assistance related to Benefit questions and processing

Payroll Management Services - We manage employee payroll processing and distribution.

  • Data entry of Payroll information including Federal, State, and Voluntary Withholdings.
  • Direct Deposit processing, merit bonuses, Union related deductions, and other Employee Authorized deductions
  • Payroll Tax Payment and W-2 Statement Oversight
  • Distribution and Review of HR Payroll Reporting
